By using GoAsk.Chat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered via Stripe or Apple. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. See Refunds & Cancellations for details.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use GoAsk.Chat to violate laws or rights.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• Respect model provider terms and usage policies.

Content

You are responsible for content you provide. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer

GoAsk.Chat is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoAsk.Chat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
