Stripe Subscriptions

  • You can cancel anytime via the in‑app portal (Billing → Manage) or by emailing chat@goask.chat.
  • When you cancel, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for review.

Apple App Store Subscriptions

  • Manage or cancel via your Apple ID Subscription settings on macOS/iOS.
  • Apple manages billing; refunds may be requested through Apple's support per their policies.
  • We honor entitlements immediately upon Apple purchase verification.
