Data Sharing & Security
We only share data with processors required to deliver the service (e.g., Stripe, Apple). All traffic uses HTTPS in transit and encrypted storage at rest. We never sell personal data.

Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and ensuring any child or team members use the product responsibly.
Acceptable Use
No unlawful, infringing, or abusive behavior.
No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the platform.
Respect third-party model provider policies.
Content
You own your content. We may remove material that violates these terms or applicable law.
Subscriptions & Liability
Stripe and Apple purchases renew automatically until cancelled. GoAsk.Chat is provided "as is" without warranties; liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Stripe subscriptions can be canceled anytime from the in-app billing portal or by emailing support. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the billing period.
Apple App Store
Apple App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings. Refund requests follow Apple's policies; we honor entitlements immediately once Apple confirms purchase status.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for review.
